Volunteering Opportunities

The club lido had some work done to the centerboard trunk. We just need to cover the repair with fiberglass and reinstall the centerboard cap. Then the boat will be ready to get back in the water. Time flexible, we just needed to add a date to post the opportunity :)

There are some snaps that need attention on the cover for the club whaler. If anyone has experience with this we could use help with some minor repairs. Please contact racechair@sccyc.org if you can help. The time is flexible, complete at your convenience.

There are functional tillers for the 2 club lasers, however, they are a bit awkward and there could be a better setup. We need someone to take a look and come up with an idea of how we could improve the setup and help creating that new setup. Please reach out to racechair@sccyc.org for more information.

Available to members. We will have a big group so we will need plenty of help.

Help run one of our favorite races! We have a starter box to help with the whistles and folks on board to help with scoring and flags. Meet at the Committee boat in front of the club at 4:30 pm.

Help OD and hear a great speaker. This week will be Kathy St. Amant telling adventures of racing to Hawaii!

The primary OD spot and attending to the bar is open to members but non-members can also help with clean up and meet new people.
